For online purchases, you have the right to cancel the order online, for eligible products. The cancellation period is 14 days from receipt of your goods. However, for customised/personalised products, the right to cancel is excluded and this does not affect your statutory rights. Cancellation is only possible for non-customised/non-personalised products. You can cancel your (eligible) product online using the cancellation button. You will find the cancellation button in your customer account.

There, you will also see which products can be cancelled. The button becomes visible after placing your order. To initiate the cancellation process, simply click on the "Cancel item" button in your customer account. You will then be guided through the process. When using this digital cancellation function, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt via email with information about the content of your cancellation, as well as the date and time your cancellation was received.
